What is Vault Pay?
Vault Pay is payment processing for churches, ministries and Christian organizations, built by The Vault — the independent infrastructure company behind SermonAudio's cancel-resistant storage network. It's designed for organizations that want a payment partner that respects donor privacy and won't de-platform them for their beliefs.
Is Vault Pay available now?
We're building our waitlist and onboarding ministries personally. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out with timing and next steps. [launch timing]
What payment methods will be supported?
Our goal is to support the ways your people already give and pay. Specific methods will be confirmed during onboarding. [supported methods, e.g. cards / ACH]
What does it cost?
Pricing will be straightforward and published before launch, with no hidden fees. Join the waitlist to be the first to hear. [pricing]
How is card data protected?
Payments are encrypted in transit, and card details never need to be stored on your own website. Details of our security and compliance program will be shared with organizations during onboarding. [PCI DSS / compliance details]
Will you shut us down for what we believe?
No. Vault Pay exists precisely so that lawful ministries aren't cut off for holding to Scripture. We follow the law and normal fraud and risk controls — but we don't de-platform people for their convictions.
Do you sell or share donor data?
Never for marketing or advertising. We use the data needed to process payments, keep accurate records and meet our legal obligations — and nothing more.
